How can i build muscle with light weights?
I work out at home when i am in off season for sports, but i can only use light weights. At home, i have a 25 pound curl bar with 25s, 10s, 5s. I stack them all up but still is not enough at 105 lbs. What work outs should i do to Build Muscle Mass and strength before football season starts.
Right now im doing 2x12 bench, 3x8 curls, military press, and shoulder press occasionally, maybe once or twice a week, because wreslting starts next week. Other than this, i need to workout during wreslting and lift for football. It being because im a junior and its my first vasity year and i want to start.
If you could tell me workout with sets and reps that would help me Build Mass and muscle that would be great. Thanks.
Also any supplement suggestions would be great. Right now i have Amplified Creatine 189 from GNC, but still need a whey protein. I play strong saftey, so at my postion i need to be bigger for next year.
Hey.. James here.. perhaps my story can be of some guidance/help to you...
I'm 6'2 and around a year and half ago weighed about 130 pounds or so. I was incredibly skinny and real flimsy looking. For a little over half a year I was trying everthing I possibly could to gain muscle mass. I've tried all kinds of different muscle building programs, all types of different supplements, and nothing seemed to work. I just stayed skinny and wasn't gaining any weight or muscle at all and it seemed really useless to even continue trying.
Eventually one day I came across this site >> http://www.buildmuscle.pcti-system.com .. which a couple of friends of mine referred me to and which I kept hearing about from different people on muscle building forums and what not. It worked incredibly well for me.. it's a Muscle Building Program which seems to be more geared towards hardgainers... since I've been following it I've gained almost 50 pounds standing at around 180 now most of which is muscle and all of this happend very quickly. I still have about 20 pounds to go to reach my goal of 200... and it seems to be taking me a while to break this plateu of 180 but I'm sure I will make it there.
