what are the top foods for bulding lean Muscle Mass please help !?

hi i am 16 years old and mix my weightlifting and my cardio very well but my nutrition lets me down, does anyone know the top foods for building lean muscle mass ( i have already got supplements) i am 10 and a half stone ( 66 kg ) ( 150 pounds ) and only 5 foot 5 . I have hard muscle and good arms but my pecs and my stomach does not look toned or attractive and i think it is my diet please help ! i want to be 160 pounds by the end of the year in lean muscle thanks

Increase your calories.

Chicken, Beef, Fish, Pasta, calorie dense foods are best. Buy some high quality protien, whey or a mix.

Avoid saturated fats
