what is a good exercise program that burns fat and builds lots of muscle?

i need to know how to get as much muscle as i possible can in 2 months. i need to know when to work out, how often to work out, and what to work out on those days.

Eat more protein food, less food per meal, more meals.

Do cardio, weights and stretches.
