Gym Routine? Can you Help Me?
Ive got a routine at the moment that involves going 1 day an having the next as a break, i do everything at the gym in sets of 3 doing all musceles and take creatine and protein daily, Ive been doing this for awile now and am not seing results,
Does anyone have a good Muscle building/weight gaining Routine, our see any flaws in myne

You might not be lifting enough. See what the maximum weight you can lift is and then do 3 sets of 6 reps at 80% of the maximum weight you can lift.
If you're looking for a more advanced routine, you can go to the gym almost everyday and focus on a different group of muscles each day.
