My Muscle Building Diet ( Your view?? )?

I'd like some advice and information on what you think of my diet.

Morning breakfast 8am: protein shake (50g protein,150gcarbs,1000cals) with bowl of porridge oats and a banana

11am: 150g of chicken on wholemeal bread

1pm: tuna pasta

4pm: 100g of mackeral and 100g brown rice

5:30pm pre workout supplement (nitric oxide) no x plode

6pm: workout at gym

7pm: after glow supplement containing bcaa's, glutamine , 20g whey protein

7:30pm: full serving of protein shake (50g protein,150gcarbs,1000cals'

9pm: steak and new potatoes with peas

11pm: half serving of protein shake (25g protein, 75g carbs, 500 cals) with 150g cotage cheese
