Muscle Building Lifts
What can I take to help build muscle while lifting weights?

I have herd of protein shakes and creatine, which should I take to build muscle or is there something better?. I currently lift weights 3 times a week and want to get bigger faster.

Food is most important. Make sure to intake at least 1 gram of protein per pound you weigh. Protein powder can help you get your protein in easier than whole foods. Supplementing 1-2 protein shakes a day is not a bad idea if you have the money. Lets say you are 150lb. You would want at least 150 grams of protein a day, about 200 grams of carbs a day, and about 50 grams of good fats a day. That is just a rough outline. You may also want to consider using a recovery supplement such as Xtend. Scivation Xtend was named the 2009 recovery supplement of the year. It will help you recover from your workouts faster and help your body make the most of your workouts. This is especially important if you are only lifting three times a week.
