I am trying to start a good muscle building and fat burning nutritional plan without counting calories.?
I know you have to count calories ,but I don't want to do that yet...Is there a general meal plan that can help me eat right..to burn fat..while feeding my muscles....
Im 19 ...5'8-5'9..158 pounds last time I checked?

Your body is relatively the same height and weight as mine and I weight train everyday. I'm 5'10, 160, 5% body fat. Basically, to lose weight while burning muscle you need to eat protein, carbs, and vegetables/fruits.
Proteins: open your hand. The chicken or fish you eat should be roughly the size of your palm. Supplement this solid protein with protein shakes and you'll easily get 150+g. Your body will use all this to build muscle.
Carbs: whole wheat. A bowl of whole wheat cereal, two slices of whole wheat bread will fill this requirement. Do not eat whole grain as it has a lot of things you don't want. Protiens often contain carbs as well.
Vegetables/Fruits: this is key for you to burn fat as vegetables have almost no fat content of their own. Open up your hand again. You should eat as much as your entire hand. Everytime you get hungry, this is what you will be eating. Try not to use fatty salad dressings and whenever possible, steam instead of boiling and stir frying (for veggies). Don't go overboard on the fruits as they have natural sugar. You'll need to eat the fruits for energy.
Finally, you probably already have a workout but your body is going to need rest as it will be getting less calories as before (but more protein). Make sure you get 8 hours of sleep a day so your body can convert the burned fat to muscle, and let your muscle rebuild.
