How long does it take for half kg of Muscle Mass to be build?
I'm asking because for more than a month I've been around 71-71.5kg. I haven't had change in the menu and I've been doing 100 crunches/sit ups a day and/or 30 push ups, plus an hour walking. Now suddenly I've become 72 kg, I measured myself today. 3 days ago I was still 71.
Or may be it's fat?
Or may be it's just fluctuating?! But how to know?
Unless your a jockey, a body builder or a prize fighter, a single kg doesn't mean anything. You could be constipated. You could be retaining water. Your scale could be off.
