i am 13, 93 pounds, and 5'3.
i want to gain some weight in my legs.
but if i work out [the muscle gaining way]
i just lose weight. and fast!
if you do muscle flexing reps will you get bigger muscles that way.
because my legs are way too small for my age.
please help.
