Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex vs. 100% Whey Gold Standard?

Other than the vitamins and minerals contained in Optimum Nutrition's Pro Complex, what is the difference between that and 100% Whey Gold Standard? Is one better than the other? Would one take one over the other for muscle building?

The best protein powder isnt the ones with added crap, its the ones which use protein from the best sources. Some use fillers to gain more weight and low quality protein. Reflex 100% whey is currently the best on the market. Optimum nutrition is a very good brand and does the job but they do use soya and other non utilised calories as filler, if you are a perfectionist though which i think you are i would go reflex.

Pro complex = Higher BCAA, and amino acid profile.
