Building Big Muscle
Can I still build build big Muscle at 38?

I worked out a lot in my teens and early 20s. I have a good sized upper body and good calves. My thighs however could use some work. A friend told me at my age, I would not be able to do much with them. Any advice?

you can build muscle in the 70's.

fortunately having worked out in the teens and 20's you will still be able to reap the benefits of muscle memory. the diet is 70% of being big and muscular, going to the gym is the easy part.

focus on the diet and eating like an athlete. base your training routine on compound exercises and supplement that with isolation exercises that utilizes machines, cables and levers. and stretch after every training session, especially the legs. not stretching impedes the growth of so many people.
