Does anyone know how to lose weight a build up muscle at the same time?

If i lose weight it looks stupid, but if i build up muscle it wont. Exept i dont live anywhere near a gym!!!

The person who said you cannot lose weight and Gain Muscle at the same time is WRONG, WRONG, WRONG.

You lose weight by consistently eating less calories than you body burns in a day. Your body then has to burn its fat (for energy) to make up the deficit. That is how weight is lost. If you drop too low below this caloric need, your body will start burning muscle and tissue to get its energy.

You gain muscle by putting the muscle under stress (lifting weights, resistance exercises) and forcing it to rebuild itself after exertion. Of course, your body needs fuel in order to do this....

The secret is to eat enough calories and nutrients to support your Muscle Growth, but at the same time keep that calorie count under your daily caloric need. Keeping your protein intake high during this time will help your muscle development too.

It is completely possible to lose weight (body fat) and gain muscle at the same time. Since muscle weighs more than fat, the weight loss might be a little slower than if you were to drop your calories but not build muscle at the same time.

Your local gym probably has trainers who can calculate your daily caloric requirement for you. That number depends on your age, height, weight, current body fat percentage, and activity level.
