Muscle Building Meal Plan
Am I building muscle correctly?

Hi, today was my first "plan" to build muscle but I'm not sure if I'm doing everything correctly. I've got a lot of information but I just wanted to check if what I am doing is good for me to succeed in building muscle.
Meals:
Morning: Poached eggs on toast, Porage, Protien Drink.
Lunch: Tuna sandwhich or chicken or peanut butter (natural)
Evening: Anything which is healthy enough!
(I drink plenty of water during the day aswell)

Workout:
Work on left and right Bicep doing 30 reps.
Do 50 sit-ups,
Do 30 Presses,
Do 50 leg excersises.
When and how often should increase my reps and weight?
Please can you correct me on anything i should do or am doing wrong. Please.
Thanks for your time.

First of all, less reps and more weight is going to build your muscle size and strength. Say you did 200 on the bench, and you did 3 sets of 8 or 10 reps. Between 8 and 12 reps is ideal, I think, for beginning. If you did this, it would be in your best interest to let your muscles heal for a couple of days. Meanwhile you can alternate from working out different parts of your body. That way you can always be working out. However, if you wanted to be more cut or lose more body fat, you would increase your reps, much to the likeness of your current workout, and lower the weight. This doesn't require as much time for your muscles to heal, because you are simply toning the muscles you already have. Essentially, it's a cardio workout. Hope this helps.
