What if I drank Yoohoo instead of buying the whey milk or muscle shakes would it help build muscle the same?
I know yoohoo has whey as the 2nd ingredient does it do relatively the same job as say Myoplex or another muscle milk or whey product? Just curious. Thanks everyone for your input. Also if you have any reccommendations for supplements to build muscle with that REALLY work fill me in. Thanks.
You have to first look at what you are trying to accomplish! If it tissue repair without artificial sweeteners, preservatives or chemicals than yoohoo is not gonna cut it!. BUT man do yourself a favor a find a quality whey protein, free of chemicals and will be cheaper than spending$1-$2 bucks on a yoohoo.
