If I do workouts like the worlds strongest men guys, will it increase Muscle Mass?

I am 5' 11'' about 165 pounds, if i workout like the guys in worlds strongest men like using man made objects to lift with will it increase muscle mass. Like doing farmer walks, flipping tires or pulling my friends car, something like that.. will it help in getting me bigger?

Really simple answer here: there are no particular workouts that will increase size. Increase in size is based on the level of weight (or resistance) used and the number of repetitions.

If you want to Build Lean Muscle mass, do an exercise with a low weight and do more repetitions.

If you want bigger muscles (looking bigger / more jacked etc), use a much higher weight where you can only do a few repetitions.

Example: curling 20 pounds 15 times will give you lean muscle. curling 35 pounds 8 times will give you bigger muscles.

**Bigger is not necessarily stronger - just bigger.
