What is the most effective way to build more slow twitch muscle fibers?

i know medium wieght with 15-30 reps is a good way to go but with sets what is a good amount to do

Strictly speaking, exercise will not develop more fibers of one type, but it will improve them.

Fast twitch fibers are activated mainly with heavy loads allowing only 5 reps or so to failure. So if you are doing more than 5 reps you are mainly working slow twitch as the other answerer pointed out.

Slow twitch fibers are not of a single quality. They can develop qualities of strength and/or endurance depending on how you work out.

My recommendation is not to focus on developing slow twitch fibers, but rather, develop the muscle qualities you want. Your body will automatically adapt to the type of stress you impose.

An important principle of physical development is that the body adapt specifically to the type of workout.

If you want high endurance, then do 20-40 reps a set. If you want strength and endurance then do 8-12 reps per set. Or combine the two approaches, by doing strength sets, then finishing with a lighter high rep set.
