Do you think this is right for me......?
Hi, I'm a 14 year old guy and I 'm pretty chubby and would like to lose weight and build some muscle.
I know I'm young and that I'm still growing, but I need to lose weight.
Do you think this exercises would help me for losing weight and building (I am not able to go to a gym that's why...)
i think that you should try playing a really...challenging or fat burning sport.
i think you should just wait until you have a growth spurt.
that's what i did, as i was pretty chubby in 4th grade even though i did level 5 gymnastics.
i'm still not very skinny, but i've grown a bit and that's helped.
but gymnastics has been the main fat burning sport for me.
now that i'm a level 10,
it's kept me toned and very healthy.
but yeah, to get muscle i'm sure these would help.
