How do I lose thickness in my legs?!?
A curse that my mom has passed down onto me is having big legs and building muscle bulk very quickly. It's not even that they're really that fat either, I was just into power lifting through high school, which made them even bigger....so now is there anyway to make them THINNER? haha maybe it's just poor genetics, but I'm not losing hope yet! thanks.
wow impressive being a power lifter. I'm a weight lifter and it's really addicting. I considered power-lifting but I'm very small framed so I figured I'd just stick to my lifting...sorry for the ramble there.
I think genetics plays a part in it but you can slim your legs down by doing lots of cardio...Also after being a power lifter its going to take some time for the Bulk in your legs to go away. Your muscles may be smaller and your not as strong as you used to be but the bulky look will be there for awhile.
I bulked my arms up a little too much about a year ago and I decided to quit lifting to let them slim down. I thought I was still as strong until I tried to bench press and It was pathetic. Even though my arms didn't decrease. It's been over a year and I have been doing high reps and mad cardio and I have lost my bulk...so I say Cardio and if you do work your legs more than just a good run or walk then do High Reps. I hope that has helped...
