Need some help finding a website?

I came across this website last year and I can't find it any more. It was a Body Building website. I believe it was called truth about body or weight lifting. Something like that. It had great workout routines. It also had workout routines for what you were wanting to do ex: loose weight, Gain Muscle mass ets. Anyone know the web site?

i dont know but the best 1 i know of is Bodybuilding . com... that one has a ton of info like you mention
